Uggh, it’s December 1st and that means only 25 days left until Christmas…this usually is an exciting time of year, but I unfortunately “fell off the wagon” AND with wagon, I do mean with my workouts and healthy eating lifestyle.
No excuses here, cause let’s face it “ain’t nobody got time for that”! BUT I have gained 10 lbs of my original 40lbs lost and feel like a great big blob…so starting today, I am getting back into working out and watching what I eat, the advent calendar way.
What’s this, you asked? 😉 I LOVE, LOVE T-25 and that is what helped me shed my last 15 lbs last year (yes, part of the 10 that keeps wanting to come back <-- go away!!), so for the next 25 days, I am going to be doing the T-25 program, which is 25 minutes!
Get it!?! 25 minutes, 25 days! Every time, I complete the daily workout, I’ll move my little Christmas star to the next day..hopefully, this will push me back into a great workout routine for the new year and push me back into my size 4/6 that I have been slowly squeezing out (yep, like a busted can of biscuits <--yuck!).
